The RSC works inside of the Xfinity Center or Payment Center. They are responsible for assisting customers in all inquiries. They demonstrate products, provide product information, and probe questions to understand the customer's needs. They create packages or make recommendations based on the information they learned from the customer. The RSC is also responsible for handling all billing and technical issues.

- Pay is hourly rate of $15.00 uncapped commission benefits from day 1 of employment (medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc)
