What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing AE position at Comcentric?
We are seeking a Staffing Account Executive for our brand new Lakeway, TX office. Ideal candidate will have 5 years in the agency staffing and 1 year of business development in IT or staffing. Staffing BDMs will develop and grow a client base by prospecting new business opportunities, introducing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services. Recruiting, evaluating, and placing IT and Healthcare professionals in both contract and full-time positions with our clients. In this role, you will be delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates. Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local legal community.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in the Staffing Industry
- A business-related Bachelor degree or Higher Education
- Successful candidates will have a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
- The ability to leverage industry experience to manage and grow the business.
- The salary is negotiable, depending upon experience. The position is eligible for a commission/bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
