GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client Support Manager is responsible daily operations of the Security team at the facility. Responsible to audit all applicable standards to ensure facility compliance and maintain effective and efficient daily operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the Client Support Team by providing leadership, coaching, communication, coordination, training and corrective action when necessary.
- Oversee and participate in the enforcement of ComCor policies as related to security operations to include the client disciplinary process.
- Ensure compliance with oversight agency requirements as related to operations to include monitoring client activity and completing searches of clients, their property, and facility grounds. Maintain quality assurance for all security functions (i.e. reports, data collecting, and audits)
- Build, maintain, and cultivate relationships with clients, government agencies, community members, and co-workers.
- Utilize program data to inform the management team and to devise and implement corrective action plans.
- Help create or identify innovative operations that will enhance client services.
- Investigate and report findings of complaints made by clients, caregivers, and government agencies.
- Conduct annual reviews; authorize time sheets, ordering office supplies, and related administrative needs to maintain the operations of the facility.
- Administer inventory of all facility property.
- Create Security Team schedules and monitor the vacation and leave request of staff.
- Act as facility’s safety and fire prevention officer while conducting related inspections and complete necessary follow-up.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
- Responsible for the maintenance coordination of the facility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: BS/BA in Social or Behavioral Science or related field is required. Minimum of one year supervisory experience in correctional, social services and/or other job related experience is required.
Related education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Work Environment: This job operates in a correctional residential setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners and fax machines.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position functioning in a 24/7 operation. Shifts are eight (8) hours in length and hours and days of work may vary depending on operational requirements.
Travel: Some light travel may be required for this position for trainings, transports, etc. and to various facilities. All travel must be pre-approved by management.
