Corporate Quality Compliance Technology Manager
The Corporate Quality Compliance Technology Manager role is responsible for supporting key portions of Comerica's Compliance Management System (CMS) by providing strategic leadership for the Complaint Management system of record, as well as other key technology platforms/tools associated with the Complaint Lifecycle. This role will oversee and manage broad initiatives, relationships, and responsibilities for the Corporate Quality Process Department.
Manage staff and team:
- Responsible for representing the department and partnering with Technology & Operations for on-time delivery and execution of critical Complaint-related Technology projects and initiatives to deliver business value.
- Responsible for representing the department in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the Compliance Risk associated with an Information Technology Change.
- Supports department's portion of the annual Monitoring Plan from a Technology perspective.
- Manages large projects/programs of high complexity.
- Provides direction to staff in support of small and medium sized projects.
- Works with core project teams (such as vendors and technical team) to develop detailed, actionable project schedules.
- Special initiatives/projects, as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 7 years in Technology and/or Process Improvement roles
- 5 years of experience in Staff management
- 5 years of experience reporting analytics and/or executive level analytical presentations
- 5 years of experience in Project Management
- 5 years of experience in Compliance Risk Management
Preferred Qualification:
- LSS Certification or demonstrated success leveraging associated principles
- Demonstrated success with UX principles
