We are a well established company that has been in the Valley since 2002. Our company is growing and we are seeking an Office Finance Manager. The Office Finance Manager must be able to manage all the Financial needs of the business while being able to support and maintain: a positive attitude, compassion for potential clients, current clients, family members, referral partners and all team members. This individual must be comfortable and accountable to the success of our small business, reporting directly to the CEO.
Basic Job Responsibilities include: General Financial Accounting, Year End Accounting, Specialized Report Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Managing Company Payroll and Client Billing, Cash Flow Management and all Financial Reporting
Must be able to showcase and provide to team: Business Intelligence, Analytical Thinking, Leadership capabilities, Problem solving skills, Analytical insights, and have an attention to detail.
