Caretaker

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, and promoting a positive and comfortable living environment. Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (ADLs)
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning residents
- Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and mental health
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Engage residents in recreational activities and social interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and resident rights
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of healthcare practices and terminology

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
