We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Duties:
- Perform nightly audits of the hotel's financial transactions and records
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports summarizing revenue, occupancy rates, and other key metrics
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during late-night hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and front desk operations
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
