Hotel Night Auditor

The Comfort Inn Plover-Stevens Point is hiring a Night Auditor! This position works 8 hour shifts from the hours 11pm-7am. Great for night owls and there is downtime that can be used for personal growth, hobbies, reading or anything that can be productive while attentive at the front desk!

How do I make an impact on our team? Our friendly Night Auditor provide attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests.

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Work in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience
• Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out guests and process payments
• Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment
• Keeping busy with laundry & related tasks during downtime
• Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
