The role of the Staffing Coordinator is to manage all scheduling for caregivers to ensure client coverage and satisfaction, to retain employees and ensure job satisfaction. The position requires a proficiency in word processing and computer skills, and a dedication to customer service.
Full Time office position 9AM-5PM M-F. Will be required to be a part of an on-call rotation (about every 6 weeks, responsible to answer the phone after hours).

- Genuine desire to work with the elderly
- Independent thinker with the ability to be flexible and creative in finding and solving problems
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional business image and behavior, fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Proficiency in multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina, and endurance
- Strong work ethic
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Team player who values friends and family
- Must be able to pass a national background check
- Must be able to be In an on call rotation
