Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Caregiver will provide direct and indirect personal care to client's in the home setting.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Caregiver will perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan
- Help client with all personal care functions as needed
- Help keep the client's environment clean and organized
- Caregiver will observe and report any changes in the client's mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
Minimum requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or home care environment (preferred)
- 18 years old or older
- Valid Driver's License and Transportation
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required
- Open availability (preferred)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
- Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
