Job Description
The Comfort Suites Clearwater is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor. Additional front desk hours available to fill in for vacations, sick days and time off as needed.
Night Auditor Job Responsibilities
- Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions;
- Reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis
- Ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
- The auditor is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and;
- Performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, answering calls and making reservations.
- The shift is an overnight shift from 11pm to 7am and is a full-time position.
Night Auditor Requirements;
- We are looking for a candidate with analytical skills, customer/guest service skills and problem solving skills. Prefer someone with prior front desk or related experience in guest/customer service. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person. Start ASAP.
