COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS, New York’s premier replacement window and home improvement company, is seeking an experienced OFFICE MANAGER for our Buffalo, NY office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise office staff
- Lobby and showroom upkeep
- Office employee work schedules
- Attend all staff & management meetings
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Manage personnel files
- Oversee all invoice processing, payment collection, and finance paperwork
- Handle & resolve issues concerning vendors, sales, final measures, installations, service and overall customer satisfaction
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze data reports
- Track office supplies, stationary and service orders
- Other duties as assigned by Corporate Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years Office Management is required
- Experience with a construction company a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment
