Customer Support Specialist - Become a part of the Comfortex Customer Support team serving our nations Hospitals and VA Medical Centers. Your role would be to respond to a healthcare provider’s requests and needs. Also, to call on current and potential customers, to send product information and to start the process of creating a new relationship and perhaps a new, lifelong customer.

We’ve recently increased the Customer Support Specialist base pay from $17 to $25 hr. to attract unique and dynamic people. To build a team that will become extraordinarily good at representing our company and serving our Healthcare providers.Training provided.

· Base pay is $25 hr.

· Excellent Medical and Dental benefits.

· Paid Holidays and Vacation pay after 6 months.

· A 36-hour work week ( M-Th 8-4:30 Fridays 8 am-noon )

Job Responsibilities :

· Represent Comfortex to the Nation’s Hospitals and Health Systems via Phone Calls, Video Conferencing, and email communications.

· Work to ensure Healthcare providers & Current customers are satisfied with and are aware of the benefits Comfortex and its’ products provide.

· Ensure the Customers get what they need, when they need it.

· Communicate with the people within Comfortex to help us design & develop surfaces if a special need is presented.

· Grow the Customer base of Hospitals, Health Systems and VA Medical Centers.

· Assemble and disseminate marketing and customer support materials.

· Help healthcare professionals…Help the people they care for.
