Millville Site Supervisor
Commercial Cleaning Corp. is hiring a Site Supervisor at one of our locations in Millville, New Jersey. This position reports directly to the Area Manager and manages a team of 2 leads and 10 custodians. The role requires experience supervising custodial/janitorial staff and the ability to manage multiple projects and account expectations at the same time. This field-based position requires site supervision to manage the daily tasks of all support staff for the location. The ideal candidate would possess a drive to lead a team, the ability to meet customers’ needs, and a passion for providing superior customer support and service.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong background in the cleaning industry and a valid driver’s license are required.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervising experience is strongly required
- Must be able to work independently, analyze data, and have effective communication skills for customer/vendor relationship management and decision-making
- Must possess strong organizational skills and willingness to assist others
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accept accountability and hold others accountable for their responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of TEAM Software preferred
DUTIES:
- Assign cleaning personnel to various locations on site
- Track, report, order, and control all aspects of supply ordering and inventory
- Develop and manage work schedules for all shifts, including weekends
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Manage tasks for project team (schedule, equipment maintenance, supplies)
- Conduct site and task-specific training (Safety training, chemical use, etc.)
- Inspection of buildings with full electronic reporting (EHUB)
- Review and control labor and supply costs
- Manage timekeeping and PTO daily (edit, update, add, remove punches)
- Produce and analyze reports (Daily, weekly and monthly)
- Drive productivity through efficiencies
- Interface with client and client delegates on daily tasks
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
College degree preferred, but not required. Education may be substituted by industry relevant experience on a year for year basis.
