Job Summary: Our Marketing Specialist will be an essential member of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement result-oriented marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms. Your ability to create compelling content and captivating visuals will help convey our brand message effectively.
- Utilize your exceptional writing and storytelling skills to produce engaging and persuasive content for different marketing materials. From website copy and blog posts to social media updates and email newsletters, your content will resonate with our audience and drive meaningful engagement.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, such as social media marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that align with overarching marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, conversions, and retention. Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to optimize email performance. Analyze email campaign metrics and use insights to refine future campaigns and improve overall effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and channels. By adhering to brand guidelines, you will reinforce brand recognition and maintain a strong brand image in the market.
- Manage our social media presence, interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and proactively engage with our audience. Your efforts will foster a sense of community and help build a loyal customer base.
- Plan and coordinate our participation in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure successful event execution and enhanced brand visibility.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Your ability to interpret data will provide valuable insights for continuous improvement and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling to engage the audience effectively.
- Sound understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience in a marketing role or similar role in B2B or manufacturing industries.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
