Commodity Forwarders Inc. is looking for a responsible experienced logistics professional to help coordinate the daily activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time constraints.

We are looking for a full-time Key Domestic Customer Service to fill within our Operations department. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate between $20 and $24 an hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Promote a customer friendly atmosphere
Arrange air bookings as requested by customers within the United States and Canada.
Pro-actively track and trace freight movement and keep our customers updated.
Work directly with warehouse and drivers to ensure our customers’ needs are followed through.
Action billing tasks within the company guidelines.
Be responsive to other department and stations requests
Make sure all work adhere to the company's policy standards
Perform any other related duties
Education and Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
Required Education – High School Diploma or equivalent
Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.
Benefits Offered:
