Responsibilities
Embark on a unique and rewarding journey with us as we seek a House Supervisor to oversee SJHMC. Your clinical expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care across multiple units.
You’ll build trust in these interactions by presenting a positive attitude and by being reliable. Your success in this role comes from your knowledge to provide care to various disease processes in a variety of situations ranging from minor to critical. Rest assured, we have a robust support system in place, including team meetings, and a culture of open communication.
- Organizes and oversees patient care delivery during an assigned shift. Monitors and assesses current environment for smooth hospital operations.
- Assesses and allocates resources as needed. Provides input to employee performance. Assists in the coaching of staff members.
- Documents daily staffing and administrative records and maintains compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff.
- Provides nursing care to patients on an as needed basis. Maintains communication to patient and family members regarding care needed.

Qualifications
Required:
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Current AZ State RN License (or Compact State) in good standing
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
Licensure:
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- ACLS
- PALS
Salary : $18,000
