Do work that matters This Senior Digital Product Owner opportunity will see you create market leading digital experiences for our small business and corporate customers. Reporting to the Crew Lead, you will lead and drive the delivery of new customer experiences for Business Banking in our digital platforms. Specifically, this role will focus on personalised mobile experiences for our business customers within the CommBank app that will help our customers optimise their business. See yourself in our team. Within Business Banking (BB) the Propositions Crew is responsible for bringing to life the Yellow For Business strategy, a key pillar in our transaction banking proposition. The digital platforms we leverage include CommBank app and NetBank. On any given week you will Partner with business stakeholders (Product, branch network, risk, marketing, analytics and UX) to define the product roadmap to deliver digital experiences that meet business priorities. Simplify complex business problems into meaningful initiatives and work streams. Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations. Lead scrum teams to drive agile delivery of the product roadmap. Proactively design the digital roadmap for Business Banking to define future investments (in collaboration with business stakeholders) Partner with tech teams to prioritise development and guide technical direction. Work with channel and product teams to support the development of future digital product strategy for CommBank. We are interested to hear from people who have Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects as a Product Owner, particularly projects that span multiple business units. Business Banking experience (desirable) Experience working on mobile app’s, coupled with a solid Digital background. Customer Experience background (desirable) Influential and confident stakeholder management skills, this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance. A curiosity for all-things-digital, keeping tabs on the latest digital trends. Experience in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product development.
