DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a County Casework Supervisor, you will oversee the caseworkers who provide services to ensure the safety and welfare of neglected and abused children and youth in our county.
In this position, you will train and supervise caseworkers who are engaged in the provision of a variety of services by planning the administrative aspects of the work such as the assignment of cases, districting, and monitoring the work flow.
Through individual and group conferences, you will develop the caseworkers' efficiency and skill in determining the provision of services within established policy.
and utilize a variety of software programs for case management and for the preparation of certain reports.
Work Schedule and Additional Information :
m. to 4 : 30 p.m. that can include weekends.
