What are the responsibilities and job description for the DAS Project Manager position at CommScope?

The Project Manager will take the lead in the execution of DAS and small cell system projects and proposals. Assignments will vary greatly in size and scope from multi-million-dollar neutral host networks to small, single-operator DAS networks. Job responsibilities include coordinating the development of engineering proposals with detailed RF design solutions, project budgets, project schedules, material/subcontractor selections, and the direction of all technical aspects for assigned projects. Individuals shall be held accountable for related financial, schedule, and quality goals of each project.
How You'll Help us Connect The World
- Lead all aspects of the designing of in-building and repeater systems by working with sales and customer representatives to determine coverage requirements and customer needs. Developing project requirements, including statements of work and subcontractor contracts. Drafting customer proposals describing recommended coverage solutions, including lists of materials and services
- Acting as on-site Project Manager, when required, for specific projects assigned. by creating and following the project timeline. Interfacing with customers and installation crews as needed to successfully complete the project
- Overseeing installation and commissioning of new systems and lead installation subcontractors. Working with the technical support staff to address and tackle problems for customer happiness.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelor's Degree in related field a and 5 or more years of experience in DAS/Small Cell project management
- Experience working with DAS or Small Cell
- Must reside within 30 miles of Seatlle WA
You Will Excite Us If You Have

- PMP Certification
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and verbal form
- Strong background in DAS and Small Cell deployments
- Experience with subcontractor evaluation and selection.
- Initiator/motivator; pro-active demeanor and a sense of urgency

Anticipated salary range dependent on experience, location and qualifications: $96000 - $149000 / year.
