CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN CNA/QMA Instructor based out of Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany, IN and serving our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the area. If you want to share your nursing knowledge and abilities to help us build the most skilled, professional, and dedicated nursing team in the State of Indiana, then we are looking for YOU!

As RN CNA/QMA Instructor, you will:

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Must possess a current license as a RN in the state where the center is located.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
As RN CNA/QMA Instructor, you will:
- Coordinate/conduct Nurse Aide training classes and testing and maintain all required documentation.
- Develop materials, manuals, and teaching aides and maintain resource library
- Coordinate State-mandated training hours for all CNA's and QMA's
- Participate in QI meetings to ensure staff training in identified areas of weakness.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective orientation program.
- Conduct/coordinate skills testing.
