What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor iHOPE position at Communicare KY?
POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in oversight of agency's BH programming that are related to iHOPE. Supports leadership of the iHOPE team. IHOPE quarterly meeting representative with State implementation and first episode of psychosis meetings. Provide direct clinical services in clinical setting.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in a behavioral science with licensure and five years of experience providing mental health services. Preference for two (2) years supervisory experience.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIORMENTAL DEMANDS: Frequent hearing and talking is required to supervise staff, direct children, engage with fiduciary agencies, and provide public relations speaking. Occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens, biohazardous waste, and communicable diseases when providing direct services or administrative supervision around children
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
- Works with Behavioral Health Director, Clinic Managers, all Team leads, and SA director and LRC staff to assists in the development and coordination of both internal and external referrals to iHOPE.
- Promotes access to iHOPE throughout the entire region.
- Provides regional coordination of Clinic activities to support harmonious relationships among personnel; between personnel and iHOPE referrals and consumers.
- Oversees the distribution of BH grant funds for iHOPE by coordinating allocation of funds and monitoring deliverables compliance with grant requirements as well as coordinating completion of state reporting forms for quarterly reports.
- Ensures contractual compliance regarding the Department of Mental Health and Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) reporting form 113H.
- Provides community and agency presentations and serves on child and adult agency councils and committees for outreach services.
- Outreach on behalf of iHOPE with participation in a community meeting, in the community setting a minimum of 1 time monthly. To include attendance at RIAC or various interagency council meetings.
- Have availability to provide direct services to transition age youth 15-30 years old in a clinical setting a minimum of 20 hours a week. Duties to include providing screenings such as Prime C and SIPS to identified individuals with clinical high risk or first episode of psychosis in a clinical setting, admission assessments, hospital discharge, and individual & family threapy appointments for transition age youth.
- Have availability to provide direct services to iHOPE transition age youth and the iHOPE team a minimum of 20 hours week.
