CAI is looking for an HR Assistant to undertake our Client Specific Training. The HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of administrative activities and all aspects of client specific training from start to finish. An important part of your role will be acting as a liaison between staff, supervisors, trainers, schedulers and assistants. The HR Assistant qualification and skills we are looking for include excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, strong leadership skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs. To be an ideal candidate for the position you should have experience working in an office setting, takes initiative to get things done in a timely manner, asks questions and works well in a team setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reads all Individual Plans and Nursing Plans to identify client specific training required for staff members assigned to those clients
- Schedules staff members for the client specific training that is required for the clients they work with
- Ensures that the required training occurs by the deadlines set forth in the IP
- Works with various training entities to schedule the client specific training also works with the various schedules of trainers
- Maintains records in data base and regarding client for the clients and the staff
- Operates the web-based database and all related equipment necessary for entering the scanned files and data into the data base
- Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with all training entities
- Uses Outlook as a means of communication
- Serves as a back up for employment orientation
- Serves as a back up for receptionist when necessary
