Systems may include, Community Care’s Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.), and MS Office applications. Additionally, this position will have onboarding responsibilities, including preparing onboarding course schedules.
Must possess strong communication and customer service skills.Learning and Development Specialist
Responsibilities : Deliver and design training programs according to organizational requirements, including instructor-led courses, webinars and E-Learnings.
Create course content according to objectives.Prepare training material such as facilitator guides, presentations, worksheets, etc.
Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually.Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
Observe and evaluate results of training programs.Assist with determining overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
Administer courses in the Learning Management System (LMS); Enter course information, enroll learners, update attendance, run completion reports and reconcile course records.
Test various LMS features to support efficient use of the system.Prepare onboarding and other pertinent administrative duties.

Requirements : Education :
Required -
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, training and development, or a healthcare industry-related field.
Experience : Required
Required
Proven experience as a trainer (minimum 1 year)
Working knowledge in MS Office,
Strong communication and customer service skills,
Strong organizational and time-management skills, and
Strong attention-to-detail.Preferred
Experience creating E-Learning (Articulate 360)
