Practice Manager Position Available
Community Cat Clinic, an independent (non-corporate owned facility) is recruiting for our second location in the northern Atlanta suburb of Duluth, GA is looking for an experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic practice manager to join our team in a unique enterprise to ensure access to veterinary care. We have a distinctive hospital concept of team-delivered, client-centered veterinary care combined with affordable pricing to ensure more feline families have access to veterinary care. We are a low-stress, fear-free practice.

Community Cat Clinic is a feline-only general practice providing veterinary care, dentistry, soft tissue surgeries, and quality sterilizations for pet and feral cats serving families and animal welfare organizations. We will be offering Feline Radioiodine Therapy for hyperthyroidism.
We believe in finding ways to help families with their feline veterinary needs and are assembling a compassionate, empathetic team. The Practice Manager is a key member of our management team and will be integral in management decision making.
The ideal Practice Manager for this position will possess great leadership and organizational skills, experienced in practice management including daily clinic operations, long-term planning and cost savings while always putting our team members and clients first. They will be capable of multi-tasking and facilitating the efforts veterinary care teams consisting of DVMs and multiple LVTs. Being willing to train and mentor competent certified veterinary technicians will be integral to the success of our model. The practice manager will use the tools of education, motivation, structuring, scheduling, coordinating, evaluation, and analysis to achieve optimal client and team satisfaction and productivity. An experienced practice manager who is also an LVT would be ideal but not required.
About Community Cat Clinic
The Community Cat Clinic Duluth location will be a brand new, 5,300 SF state-of-the-art feline-only clinic with construction completion scheduled for April 2024. We will have the best available brand-new equipment including the Heska Cuattro digital radiographic, in-house lab, Midmark digital dental radiograph, Sound Sonogram, and nitrogen-driven dental equipment. We are willing to add additional equipment based on the interest and desires of our veterinary team.
