What are the responsibilities and job description for the Energy Auditor- Lewiston position at Community Concepts Inc.?
We are looking for a seasoned, team oriented, quality minded and motivated individual to join our Housing Improvement Services department as an Energy Auditor. You can help improve the quality of life for people and ensure they have a safe home environment, improved building comfort, and a healthier indoor environment. You will assist in developing cost estimates for bids, providing written specifications to customers and sub-contractors, and completing necessary reports. This is a full time, 40 hours per week position based out of our Lewiston office. Daily travel throughout Androscoggin and Oxford Counties is required using personal vehicle, with agency mileage reimbursement. To Qualify: High school diploma or G.E.D; two years of high school or post-secondary vocational education in home construction; or three years on-the-job work experience. Maine State Licensed Energy Auditor or BPI Building Analyst certification preferred; asbestos, lead & radon training is a helpful. Must have a valid Maine driver's license and liability insurance. Background checks must be completed as a condition of employment.
