Pay Rate: $1,879.20 to $1,978.40 Bi-Weekly, depending on qualifications

Center Supervisor

We are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Center Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Head Start centers and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met. The responsibilities of the Supervisor include communicating with parents, the community, and supervision and monitoring of all Head Start staff working at the assigned center(s).

Minimum requirement is High School diploma and experience or a current CDA credential with at least two years of experience working with young children and families. Associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education, child development or other related education or human service degree with experience working with young children preferred. One year supervisory experience preferred. Some experience in financial management and budgeting preferred. Previous Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred. Ability to meet the state requirement(s) for “site director” required.
