Community Food Response, Inc., Site Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our food rescue and distribution nonprofit in Rochester, MN as our Site Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our program, managing staff and volunteers, and ensuring the smooth running of our collection and distribution site. Responsibilities include:

- Being on-site Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm

- Supervise and mentor a team of volunteers and drivers, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement program activities to meet the needs of our local food donors, volunteers, and food insecure families in our area
- Work with community partners to ensure them a rewarding collaboration
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities-
- Foster positive relationships with clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

- An interest in food recovery and/or food security, and an interest in participating in a local, grass roots, nonprofit organization
- Bachelor's degree or some college preferred
- Experience in management or mentorship
- Interest in program development and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders-
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
