We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Pod Coordinator to join our team. As a Dental Pod Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating care for our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Dental office experience and a passion for helping others.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate with dental providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and dental providers
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other dental professionals
Skills Required to be successful in this position:
- Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of dental office procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience working in a dental office
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Dental office experience preferred
- Dental Assistant preferred
