Job scope:
Provides oversight, training, and supervision to Caseworkers and support staff in the FAYS program. Responsible for family assignments to caseworkers and supervision of daily activities of the caseworkers. Coordinates engagement and collaboration with Community Healthcore programs as well as other local child-serving agencies for the 13-county service area. Directs Universal Child Abuse Prevention (UCAP) and Outreach activities with other local agencies and community services. Ensures compliance with the administration of National Family Support Network (NFSN) projects. Assists with state reporting. Has independence in exercising judgment to ensure that services and program operations are in compliance with applicable standards
Education/licensure:
Bachelor's degree preferred in an approved field from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Education, Sociology or other behavioral field. Current valid driver's license in state of residence with driving record that meets insurability standards of Community Healthcore's liability insurer is required.
Experience/Knowledge:
least two (2) years professional experience in delivery of direct services to youth and families; preferred at least one (1) additional year in a supervisory capacity (three (3) years total experience).
