Community Horizons is assisting with the recruitment of a man who lives in his home and is looking for a SDS worker. As self-directed supports this allows for a home/work balance. You can work with the member 1:1 in their home with some flexible scheduling. This position is mainly during the week hours with the possibility of some weekend hours as well.
Job duties include but are not limited to Cleaning, meal prep, and personal cares. If interested please apply and we will reach out to you.
