Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Part-TimeCHART Navigator to join our team. As a CHART (Community Housing Access & Resource Team) Navigator, you'll engage with unhoused individuals in our community, empowering them to thrive! You'll collaborate with local agencies to support individuals transitioning to self-sufficiency. Your role will involve equipping them with resources for personal improvement and facilitating safe housing placements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate degree in related field will be considered.
- Two years of related experience preferred.
- Knowledge and use of appropriate oral and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the code of Iowa within the performance of duties and maintenance of files and records.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
