Position Summary

The Recovery Services Lead works to nurture a trauma competent and recovery-oriented milieu at Unity House. The position completes initial evaluations and coordinates admissions. Supports a safe environment by helping with behavioral response. Helps coordinate forensic assessments, identifying team members to complete the assessments and serves as the primary contact for the courts. Supports the IPU Social Service Lead by helping with psychosocial assessments, provide discharge planning, ensure continuity of care and guide therapeutic groups, including seeking to engage family and social supports of individuals served on an as needed and available basis. The Recovery Services Lead will help nurture external relationships and support the mission of the agency in the community. The Recovery Services Lead will also provide clinical supervision, provide direct service and ensure follow up care is managed for residents following discharge.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Master’s in helping services field, Indiana license eligibility
Trauma-competent
Recovery oriented
