We are looking for an energetic, engaging, highly motivated Operation Officer for our Residential Services department that will oversee our Fargo, Grand Forks and Jamestown location. This role supports the daily operations and oversees the supervision of the Directors and Program Supervisors in the assigned regions. The position works closely with the Lead Operations Officer to ensure the department runs smoothly and is responsible for all planning, organizing, training, recruiting and retention of staff, and oversight of all program activities. The incumbent of this role must have the ability travel as needed to the offices assigned, depending on where your home office is, Jamestown, Grand Forks and Fargo. Salary for this position is $56,160- $62,400 ($27- $30 per hour) depending on experience (DOE).

The working location is flexible for this position and will be considered in North Dakota cities, to include Fargo, Grand Forks, or Jamestown. Other locations may be considered upon hiring manager approval, as long as the incumbent is willing to travel as necessary to the assigned regions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred, but not required, other fields will be considered(Transcripts and degree are required at the time of offer, copies may be submitted with application or interview); AND Three (3) years of work experience in related field required including supervision of staff, additional related experience may be substituted year for year in lieu of degree, up to four (4) years.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state will be required based on assigned job duties
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
- Completion of training as required by Community Options

Travel to the regional offices around the state may require extended periods of time in a motor vehicle. Extensive travel and overnight stays may be required based on company needs. The employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. Office space and conditions may vary at the regional office locations where the employee may be assigned to work at various times.
