The Role:
The Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for overseeing the billing function of the Agency. This includes but is not limited to the supervision and training of the billing & collections staff, accurate and timely charge processing, payment posting, denial and AR Management, data analysis and reporting, working with insurers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in medical insurance billing.
• Analytical capabilities to compile and prepare reports.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, decision and oral and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and possess a high degree of professionalism.
• Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, database, and general accounting software.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Expectation that staff will use the technology provided to perform their job.
