Position Description:

As an Onsite Community Manager, you will manage and support community associations by handling daily operations, interacting with and supporting the Board of Directors, members, homeowners, and vendors, attending meetings, preparing budgets, and overseeing overall community business management.

Position Duties:

  • Maintain an administrative presence in the clubhouse, assisting owners, Board members, committee members, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Provide owners and occupants with information and copies of Governing Documents as needed
  • Offer photocopying and fax services in accordance with Board-established rules
  • Maintain and distribute an annual directory of residents and tradesmen
  • Keep current a monthly calendar of events and room reservations for clubhouse facilities
  • Direct meeting room setup and cleaning services as needed
  • Post and update information on bulletin boards
  • Assist the Agent with their duties as directed
  • Provide clerical, filing, or other services to the Board or its committees as needed
  • Inspect the clubhouse and adjoining property daily
  • Report non-compliance or violations of Governing Documents or vendor/contractor issues to the Agent
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, meet with new residents, verify age ( 55 community), and provide Rules and Regulations
  • Provide timely feedback from contractors and inspectors to the Agent
  • Maintain a monthly log of Board-approved motions and attend 24 meetings per year to take minutes
  • Keep logs of new residents (owners/tenants) and monitor homes for sale or rent

Office Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 25-30 hours per week

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Community Manager preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attendance record
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
