What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Connection Supervisor position at Community Psychiatry?

The Opportunity
As the Supervisor of Care Connection Team, you will manage the daily workflow and lead the team through transformational changes, initiatives and projects. As the leader, you will create and communicate the vision, provide training, and serve as a mentor to your team. You will work cross-functionally with other teams to gather and utilize data to drive efficiencies and improve the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing current processes and making recommendations to improve the patient experience and company branding
- Creating key performance indicators to track and measure regularly
- Evaluating and auditing performance to increase productivity and effectiveness
- Collaborating with the Quality Assurance Lead to develop a coaching program to ensure the highest level of customer service is being provided
The Qualifications:
- 3+ years of call center management required
- 2+ years of lead and/or supervisory experience
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably NextGen knowledge/experience
- Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and other technology such as webinar tools such as Zoom
- Experience analyzing data and interpreting data
