The program director’s role entails supervising clinical staff in the day-to-day workflows of the clinical staff in treating patients suffering from drug or alcohol dependency and mental health disorders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide supervision to clinical staff on case consultation, urgent clinical situations, and provide supervisory crisis coverage utilizing evidence-based modalities
· Overseeing clinical roles and processes of HIV/Substance abuse screening, referral, assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, treatment planning, discharge planning, case management, and external referrals.
· Develop, update, and implement clinical procedures in according with SAMHSA.
· Ensure the facility meets all contractual goals and funding requirements.
· Review, audit, and sign off on assessments, progress notes, and treatment and discharge plans.
· Work collaboratively with Program Data Evaluator on reporting data and information on reporting facility’s specific goals requested by SAMHSA for statistical purposes.
· Occasionally provide education for community about Substance Abuse, Mental Health and HIV treatment and prevention.
· Meet regularly with staff on a weekly basis for weekly supervision.
· Ensuring quality patient care and efficiently resolving client complaints and grievances
· Provide general and specific clinical training to staff on a yearly basis as applicable.
· Represent CRC at meetings with community partners.
Qualifications
· Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) preferred not necessary.
· Minimum of 1 years' experience of administrative management and clinical supervisory experience at an Outpatient Substance Abuse/Mental Health facility and providing direct care counseling with patients dealing with substance abuse or co-occurring disorders.
· Knowledge of the federal funding grant process
· Versed in community resources and partners in the treatment of substance abuse, HIV, and mental health.
· Extensive clinical experience working with individuals and families dealing with substance abuse, HIV, and mental health issues.
· Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meticulous attention to detail.
· Computer literacy required (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Teams or Google Meets
· Willing to travel as needed to support clinical and program activities (up to 15%).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
