Admissions/Marketing Director; Case Management Coordinator

Responsibilities!

• Ensures resident-centered care coordination, customer service working with referral sources, families, insurance companies; is decisive with minimal supervision
• Team point for clinical, financial/insurance, discharge review with creative communications and negotiation, and participates on other teams and committees
• Coordinates process with timely response and therefore successful conversion rate, initiates medical record, secures resident satisfaction
• Acts in accordance with all established regulations, guidelines, and standards that govern long-term care and ensures facility standing in geographic area

• Health care experience/knowledge, social confidence, and a good dose of friendly competition
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in participation in availability, holiday, and weekend scheduling as marketing
• Healthy interest in having fun

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
