FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE: National Scheduling Coordinator and Payroll Processor - Remote
This is a Full-Time 1099 Independent Contractor position.
This is a FULLY REMOTE position
Ideal candidates are in the Western New York area; however, we are open to ALL candidates in Eastern Standard Time zones.
· Ability to manage high volume scheduling on a national level
· Must be able to adapt to and perform high volume-multi-faceted payroll processing
· Attention to detail is critical
· Must have excellent time management skills
· Ability to work with little or no supervision and be self-motivated
· must prove to be extremely reliable and prompt
· Must have ability to be flexible in fast-paced environment
· Possess strong organizational and leadership skills
· Must have excellent communication skills, especially verbal/written communication
· Must be able to work as part of a team
· Strong data processing and typing skills necessary
· Must have excellent time management skills
· Must be knowledgeable of multiple office programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and the Internet
· Familiarity with Sling is a plus but not necessary
· At least 3 years work experience in a similar role or experience with complimentary skills
