EXPERIENCED in Prolog Construction software
Job Duties
- Organize and maintain company documents and records in both physical and electronic formats
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in document management systems
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents by conducting quality checks and proofreading
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient document management processes
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Support the implementation of document control systems and technologies, such as SharePoint
- Retrieve and distribute documents as requested by authorized personnel
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Requirements
-EXPERIENCED : In Prolog Construction software
- Proven experience working with document management systems, such as SharePoint
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with records management principles and practices
- Knowledge of quality management systems is a plus
- Proficient in file organization and maintenance techniques
- Excellent written communication skills, including technical writing abilities
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
