Job Summary
Individual is the key and primary contact, link between MG Foods and customers; strong customer interaction skills required. They must ensure that customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled. Supervises and coordinates activities of office staff acting as an assistant manager to the office manager. Assures the highest standard of customer service by performing the following duties. Responsible for communication to and retention of client accounts.
o Daily duties include communicating customer service issues to office and operations team
o Processing specialty orders such as: add on orders, late orders, wrong dated orders, order deletion, special orders, catering and/or special event orders...etc.
o Serve as Lightspeed expert, goal is to be as knowledgeable as the office manager
o Assist the office manager is requested needs and duties
o Make customer service check in calls once a quarter to each customer
o Create and maintain customer contact list
o Farm sales by going on visit to the client, to understand service issues and potential needs
o Keep organized and accurate record of customer service issues that require escalation to ops team and/or senior leadership
o Perform sales analysis and sales reports
o Responsible for new customer orientation
o Responsible for new customer set up in MyFinance
o Update routes/users in Lightspeed as requested
o Report customer service issues to the office manager
