Compass Group USA was named one of America's 500 Best Employers by Forbes, ranking as the highest contract food and business support services company seeks an energetic, passionate, career-oriented Program Manager to deliver retail solutions across Compass Group, North America. The ideal candidate would be based out of our Charlotte Headquarters; however, we will consider remote candidates as well.
As the dhX Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing guest experience strategies across the organization through blended in-person and digital ordering. Your focus will be on driving program adoption, recommending enhancements to key stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation across a variety of operations, and aligning program goals with Compass Group strategy. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, analyze ROI, and create compelling documentation to engage both existing and potential users.
Responsibilities:
- Own dhX project goals, communication and reporting
- Collaborate and build relationships with all stakeholders - including senior executives, sponsors, SMEs, business owners, and field operations
- Actively coordinate team members to maximize productivity and individual dhX project goals
- Create and maintain all project documentation pertinent to the dhX projects, including but not limited to, status reports, work plans, presentations, analysis, facilitation events
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status and report on program performance, including key milestones, risks, and issues.
- Evaluate existing dhX implementations to measure impact and develop internal/external documentation to highlight results
- Identify opportunities for improvement to maximize efficiencies, margin, and client growth/retention
- Create documentation to support operators during implementation and ongoing deployment (training, user guides, best practices, toolkits, etc.)
- Articulate the dhX approach and insights in external sales materials
- Conduct occasional site visits to ensure DHX program integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Food Service Management, Digital Media & Design, or a related field preferred)
- 5 years' foodservice experience
- Experience managing projects at scale, particularly those involving cross-functional change
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and shifting deadlines
- Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
- Proven business analytical capabilities to solve complex business issues
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills needed to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Experience with instructional design, training, and LMS systems preferred
- Experience with digital user experience (UX) design and/or products preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Project Management solutions (Smartsheet, Microsoft Projects)
- Travel as needed
