As a Medical Assistant/Nurse LPN at Compass Health Network, you will be an integral part of our person-centered integrated care team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing patients for examinations and treatments
- Performing various medical procedures as directed
- Administering medications and injections
- Providing patient education and support
- Maintaining medical supplies and equipment
- Assisting physicians/nurse practitioners during procedures
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- High School diploma/GED
- Practical Nursing certificate (for Nurse LPN)
- Medical Assistant Certification or LPN/GPN licensure
- Two years of relevant work experience (if certification is not obtained)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
