Job Summary:

In the full-time position of Care Navigator, you will develop relationships and promote the inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services of Compass Health. The Care Navigator plays a vital role in connecting clients to needed services and educates individuals and the community about behavioral health services offered by Compass Health.

Requirements:

Either a Bachelor's Degree or an LPN Licensure

Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills

Able to work independently

Mental Health experience preferred, however job training will be provided to eligible candidates
