Compass Resorts is a locally owned vacation rental management company looking for new members to add to our Customer Service team! Ideal candidates are patient, friendly, organized, and exceptional communicators.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for making sure our guests always have a positive experience during their stay with Compass Resorts. In both the Front Desk, and Customer Contact Center, you will assist incoming, inhouse, and departing guests to ensure they are given the best experience possible during their vacation. Full Time Position. Flexible Schedule is a MUST! Start training right away!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a smooth arrival and departure for all guests, either express or at a Front Desk.
- Be the problem-solving champion for our guests
- Deliver the highest standard of service to all customers
- Always possess a positive and upbeat attitude
Ideal Candidates will have the following:
- Outgoing, hospitality-focused, friendly personality
- Good computer skills, research ability
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to be part of high growth, fast-paced business
- Flexibility in work schedule with working weekends, evenings, or holidays as required
