Job Summary
The Phone Sales / Customer Service Representative is responsible for marketing the archived copy of the records received by Compex to all counsels listed on the service line. Representative must ensure accuracy, timely completion of the orders and overall satisfaction of the clients.
Tasks and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Review the reports and identify the clients to call
- Determine order type
- Review the orders and requested documents
- Call clients and inform them of the availability of records / documents received (This task represents 80% or more of the daily activity)
- Process all incoming orders received by fax or phone as a result of telemarketing on daily basis
- Verify all order information, “Client Alert Notes”, and any other requirements
- Clarify all questionable orders with client prior to processing
- Monitor & Track orders received by Fax, Mail, and Email Orders
- Send email and fax order confirmation to clients
- Maintain all necessary reports for orders processed
- Advise Order Entry and Production of any special handling requirements
- Print order form and packets for faxing to clients
- Complete the daily productivity report
- Any other tasks that the department manager or coordinator assigns
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong English language communication skills, including reading, writing and speaking.
- Solid understanding of Discovery Law a plus
- Type 45-55 words per minute
- Ability to handle challenging client interaction
- Prior customer service/sales experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, custodians and other departments especially via telephone.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to;

Performance Measurements
- Efficiency and speed in processing the report and identifying the clients to call.
- Number of calls made daily and number of orders received approval to process.
- Error free work as evidence by number of client complaint calls.
- Client evaluations.
