Overview of Responsibilities:

At Complete 180, the Vitamin/Supplement Sales Employee is responsible for the overall performance at Complete180.

• Manage the daily output production, and display of Vitamin/Supplement products.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Supervise and monitor product quality and consistency, track inventory, and manage the Vitamin/Supplement budget.
• Ensure company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation, and productivity are maintained.
• Responsible for correct ordering, receiving, unloading, and storage.
• Responsible for merchandising, labor, and other operational processes to Complete 180 standards.

• We are looking to hire two sales employees (females are preferred at this moment)

Qualifications:

To be a Sales Employee at Complete 180 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and a minimum of 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership experience.
• Looking for a female (Preferred)
• Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes, including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals- while supporting others as they do the same.
• Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior; a positive attitude and could interact with our customers.
• Have good communication skills; and the ability to give and take direction while maintaining a team environment.
• Perform general housekeeping in the department, clean and dust.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Have strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Be able to perform the following: standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire workday and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 20 lbs., from 3” to 52”, for a distance up 2 feet without mechanical assistance.
• Be able to walk a total of up to 3 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• Be able to attend marketing events.
• Be able to post regularly and create content while at work.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.

Hours:

Exact hours will vary based on any normal hours of operation, and or marketing events, but a generalization is as follows:

• Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 8:15pm
• Saturday: 8:45am - 6:15pm
• Sunday: 11:45am-5:15pm

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $7.25 / hour. Complete 180 determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant. Benefits:
