Now Hiring:
Full-Time Nursing Home Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities.
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
- Ensure that all employees, residents, visitors, and vendors are following established facility policies and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent department heads, supervisors, consultants, and other auxiliary personnel.
- Other duties as assigned by Regional Team.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations.
License:
- Must have an active Nursing Home Administrator License.
