Registered Nurse: Full-Time and Part-Time
- Conducting thorough assessments of residents' health and medical histories.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Administering and managing medications and treatments.
- Monitoring and documenting residents' vital signs and responses to treatment.
- Ensuring residents' safety and well-being at all times.
- Providing emotional support and maintaining open communication with residents and their families.
- Adhering to all healthcare protocols and regulations.
- Playing a key role in maintaining a high standard of care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- RN experience
- Leadership qualities
- LTC/SNF experience
